Plugins Failed – Can't access Site

Hello ! I just tried updating 3 Plugins. My site crashed and directs me to this page now .

How can I fix this? I am unable to log in – all my pages show the same text.

That site is not hosted by WordPress.COM and those are the only sites we provide support for here.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support forums. Read the differences here > http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

I can login to my wordpress account. On my account page it notes that I need to update Jetpack 3.3 Plugin

No that site is NOT hosted here by WordPress.COM. There is no FTP access and no blogger installed plugin capability on any free hosted WordPress.COM blogs and there is no upgrade you can purchase here that changes that reality.
