plugins for HOA (Homeowner Association) website…

  Can anyone recommend plugins that would could be used to build an HOA website? For example:

  A plugin that forces users to login before they can access the content.
  A plugin that would allow certain areas of the website to be accessible by the board of directors only
  A plugin to create a message board.

  And things similar to this.

  Plugins cannot be used on a WordPress.com blog.

  A plugin that forces users to login before they can access the content. Make it a Private blog.
  A plugin that would allow certain areas of the website to be accessible by the board of directors only. Not doable at WordPress.com
  A plugin to create a message board. WordPress.com does not host message boards. You can make one elsewhere in the web and link to it, though.
