Plugins for Premium plan

I received an email offering plugin access to Premium and Personal plans until August 25 (2025) without upgrading to Business. Does anyone know how to activate this? Both the “explore plugins now” and “get the offer” links take me to the regular Plans page but I don’t see anything about plugins. Thanks for any insight.

I understand you’re interested in taking advantage of the plugin access available with the Personal and Premium plans. Please note that this offer applies only to new purchases and does not extend to existing plans. To take advantage of it, you would need to purchase a new Personal or Premium plan.
There isn’t a dedicated offer page—you can access the order page directly from wordpress.com/pricing. Please also keep in mind that this offer is only available until August 25, 2025.

Ah I see, that’s too bad! Thanks for getting back to me, I’ll consider upgrading to the Business plan down the road when I’m more able to do so then. Thanks again!
