Plugins for the blog

  I can see that wordpress has plugins that can be intalled, but i can’t find anywere on the site a place where i can install plugins. I have the free version of wordpress, using your blog option. Is there a way to install plugins from http://wordpress.org/plugins/ into the blog?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Your blog is hosted here on WordPress.com and there is no way of installing plugins on WordPress.com hosted blogs.
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  The link you’re talking about has plugins compatible only with self or WordPress.org hosted blogs.
