Plugins however better wp security hosed my site

    Installed plugin called better wp security for better protection as my site was hacked once. Now when I try to access my site I receive fatal error call to undefined function wp_get_current_user () in /hunterta/public_html/wp-includes/capabilities.php line 1281. Also Instead of displaying http://huntertakealookyoudecide.com like it should in the address bar in my browser it is displaying http://www.huntertakealookyoudecie.com so I have no idea why this is happening. I do know my server database is correct and my siteurl is http not www. Please help me understand what is going on and why
