plugins? i dont find the menu

  hi there, i have a problem, in my dashboard it doesnt appear my plugins menu? what can i do? how can i fix it? please. tx

  Plug-in’s are not allowed on WordPress.COM, Plug-in’s are used on WordPress.ORG based sites – HOWEVER WordPress.COM has taken many of the popular Plug-in’s and made them into “Widgets” so you have a very much expanded Widget power than a standard Theme.

  There are many resourceful people here. If you are missing a function please ask about it, chances are that someone has came up with a workaround for you.
