    Hello,

    If you use WordPress.com, staff members from Automattic manage plug-ins. You can request one of them to install a plug-in for you if it benefits everyone.

    If you want control over plug-ins, maybe you should download WordPress CMS platform from WordPress.org and set a database for WordPress on your server.
