Plugins installed and activated but the appearing in the list?

  Hi I was just wondering why my installed/activated plugins are not showing in the plugins menu? (I’m using a local environment). I’ve installed and activated them all, but they somehow the only one appearing in the list is the Akisnet Anti-Spam plugin, so I can’t even uninstall nor deactivate the remaining plugins.
