Plugins issue 'email-before-download'

  Hello Support Team,

  I have premium Avada theme. I need to implement the option for the multiple downloads on ‘select option’ before sending an email. When I installed and activated this plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/email-before-download/; the site is getting broken down.

  Can you please help me with this issue? Or do you have any alternatives to achieve the desired functionality?

  You’re not working on a site hosted on WordPress.com, but one using the open source WordPress.org software. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Please contact support for the Avada theme directly for this. There should be a link on the site where you bought that theme.
