plugins list not show

  my installed plugin list doesn’t show any plugin what is the problem?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hiya, are you referring to http://asimseoshines.wordpress.com/? Sadly, only sites with the Business Plan can upload custom plugins. However, all sites do get access to some plugins automatically.

  There are also some incompatible plugins to be aware of which cannot be used on WordPress.com entirely. Those are listed here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/incompatible-plugins/
