  Can’t find the plugin menus. Whre does it reside in Pique Cafe

  Hey there,

  You won’t find a plugin tab in the dashboard because plugins are installed and utilized solely for those with self-hosted WordPress.ORG installs:
  http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  The good news is that there are plenty of plugins already bundled and configured within the WordPress.COM blog/site. You can find out about bundled WordPress.com plugins here:

  Thanks for the input.

  So I understand it is impossible to install an ecommerce app such as Simple Paypal Shopping cart within a .COM platform – https://fr-ca.wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-simple-paypal-shopping-cart/installation/

  What are the work arounds or other options I could consider?

  I would suggest purchase hosting through providers such as here:

  Hosting

  And install the free WordPress.org software:

  https://wordpress.org/

  That way, you’ll be able to install the PayPal plugin you referenced.
