Plugins. Name Change

  Hi, I just now realized that I cannot add any plugins on WordPress.com
  I’m speaking of Ziplist or Easy Recipe. I wish for my blog to grow someday. Would you suggest to move it to a different host now? What do I start with? I’m so bad with all the technical stuff. I’d really appreciate if you explain it in detail.

  One more question… How do I change my name on my posts? I want it to show up as my blog’s name instead of my name.

  If you’re bad with technical stuff, it’d be a mistake to move it to a platform where you are responsible for your own tech support. You have a custom domain, that’s all you need to grow with. Once you’re better at the technical details and know exactly what you need to do and how, you can move to WordPress.org.

  How do you change your username on posts? Your username IS “verascooking”. It should show up like that. If you only recently changed it, the change is not retroactive.
