plugins not accessible from dasboard

    get this error message when trying to access my wordpess plugins from my dashboard, any help appreciated

    It seems that your site (http://antiqueandretro.net/) is not hosted on WordPress.COM. Your site is hosted on 1&1 with a software install of WordPress.ORG which means that it is not applicable to this forum.

    It would be better suited for you to ask this question at https://WordPress.org/support/ for a more accurate answer. If you don’t have a WordPress.ORG account you’ll need to create one. Your WordPress.COM account won’t work there.
