Plugins not present in Admin dashboard

  The menu entry “Plugins” is not present in Admin dashboard. I have admin rights on the blog and navigating to the URL https://airtennadotorg.wordpress.com/wp-admin/plugins.php gives a “The page requested does not exist”.
  I tried different themes to check if that was the issue, but without luck. Any clue? Thanks!
