Plugins not working.

  I recently started with WordPress. The Woocommerce plugin will not upload. I get an ‘Upload problem: unkown’ error. Not sure how to fix this. Can you help?

  I do not see a WordPress.com site associated with your account. Please be aware that unless you have purchased the WordPress.com Business plan upgrade, it is not possible to upload plugins to your site.

  What is the URL of the site you need help with?
