PLUGINS on dashboard!!!

  Having problems finding out how to INSTALL plugins, I don’t seem to have Plugin menu on the left side of my dashboard. How do I install it and how do I use it??? Help

  Plugins cannot be used on WordPress.com blogs. They are a feature of self-hosted WordPress.

  Can I easily switch my Blog to wordpress.org??
