Plugins on free account!!

  I am a student who is trying to learn the new tech stuff about the online market and i am currently studying social media optimization (SEO). For that I have created this free account and now i need to learn how to install, activate and use plugins on WordPress to make the website better, unfortunately these features aren’t available on the free website, so is there any way that i can use plugins for some some time ( a week) or can get a dummy account where i can gain knowledge about every feature of word press.

  Not on WordPressdotcom. No user here can upload 3rd party plugins. https://en.support.wordpress.com/ftp-access/#uploading-plugins

  You can do so, however, on a standalone install of the WP software, but if you need support or have questions about how to do that, head over to the forums at https://wordpress.org/support If you don’t have a username there, you can register one on that page.
