plugins on free version of wordpress

  I’ve registered free blog on wordpress.com. Is it possible to get plugins for my blog or I need to upgrade to premium to get them?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  No, you cannot install any plugins on wordpress.com. Upgrades do not change that.
