Plugins on Paid WordPress Site from WordPress

  I paid the $99/Year subscription to wordpress and I do not have the plugins menu, why?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there. Why? Because plugins are not available on WordPress.com, regardless of upgrade. Nowhere in the premium features does it state you’ll be able to install plugins.

  The only way you’ll be able to use plugins on WordPress.com is if you buy VIP hosting at $5000+ a month. Otherwise, you’ll need to switch to a self-hosted site using WordPress.org to use them. WordPress.com and WordPress.org are completely separate and different: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
