  I need some plugins for my page and I read that you do the installation for me, because I do not have access to the plugin site.

  I need plugins for:
  – contact form with name, mail, subject, text
  – include a php form I developed myself for booking a service

  Can you do that or do I have to install WordPress on my own?

  There is no FTP access to our free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we cannot install plugins. If you must have plugins then you have to hire a web host and set up your own WordPress.org install. Read the comparison here please > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
