I see all these videos online where you can install plugins on your blog. The plugin tab is always right below the appearance tab. However, I don’t see an option for plugins. A lot of the forums mention “administrator rights” and things of the sort, but I still have no clue to check that.

Plugin’s are not allowed on WordPress.COM blogs, security and performance issue

WordPress.ORG blogs can use Plugin’s – but a bad Plugin can crash your site and the server.

Watching WordPress.ORG videos will rot your mind and confuse you at best.

Lots of extra functions built into your blog here, short codes & Widgets.

What Plugin envy do you have? What shinny thing do you want to do?
