Plugins option not showing in admin panel wordpress?

    Hi.I have created a blog in wordpress,but in admin panel i have an issue.Plugins option not shown in admin panel.Can any one help me how to resolve this issue.I try this “https://poetrypointblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/network/plugins.php” but following error come

    That’s because you’re using wordpress.com, not self hosted wordpress.

    Custom themes and plugins are not allowed to be installed in wordpress.com environment.

    Thanks @elte for replying my post,but how can i get plugins in wordpress.com.Please help me it’s urgent.I’m so worried about iy,i try again and again but i failed to resolve this issue

    You can’t get nor install any plugins on wordpress.com

    If you want to install plugins, download wordpress from http://wordpress.org and host it somewhere.
