Plugins Option not visible in the admin panel with the Reddle Theme

  Hello,
  I’m setting up a new blog and have activated the Reddle Theme however, when I go to the admin panel the plugin options are not visible.

  I’m trying to activate a category list post plugin and possibly other however again, I cannot because the plugins options aren’t visible on the admin panel.
