Plugins Option on black dashboard bar

  The black admin bar that you get has a lot of options but mine doesn’t have the plugins option. How do I get the Plugins option.

  Plugins are a feature only supported on self hosted WordPress sites.

  What happens here at WordPress.com is a bit different from the self hosted version of WordPress. This guide outlines those differences: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
