  WHERE IS THE Plugin options page ????????????????????????????????
  I don’t have it in my dashboard!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  My readers do NOT receive the newsletter of my site and I want to configure the newletter plugin and my site does not have a Plugin options page!!!!!!!!!!!!

  Hi there,

  Most WordPress.com users don’t have access to plugins for their site. Are you a WordPress.com Enterprise user? These enterprise users have options when it comes to plugins. You can read more about it here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

  WordPress.org users, who host their website by themselves, can change plugins. You can read more about the difference between
  WordPress.org and .com here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
