plugins.php does not open and cant install a plugin

    I am running wordpress 4.9.9 with mr. tailor theme. plugins.php page does not work and also cant install a plugin. using the debug mode I got these:
    Deprecated: Methods with the same name as their class will not be constructors in a future version of PHP; ES_Text_Diff_Renderer has a deprecated constructor in /mnt/stor12-wc2-dfw1/598764/www.mysite.co/web/content/wp-content/plugins/exploit-scanner/exploit-scanner.php on line 959

    Hi there, it looks like you need to be posting in the forums for sites using the open source WordPress software. You’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
