Plugins Problem

  I once registered in WordPress.Com and made a blog : http://www.naavyrihanna.wordpress.com and I used it for like 3 Months then I decided to By my self a Domain name so I went To GoDaddy and Purchased a Domain name called http://www.navyrihanna.com and I came back to WordPress.com and mapped It and bought it.
  Now I am using my blog as http://www.navyrihanna.com
  The Problem Is I can’t see the Plugins Panel in the right on my dashboard and I am really sad.
  How can I fix this ?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Buying a domain name changes nothing else about the blog but it’s URL.
