  Hi, In WordPress.COM hosted sites, many of the most popular plugins are already installed, but if you need any others, you can install plugins if you are subscribed to the business plan, check this page out for more details on plugins:

  Note that custom plugin installation is available only the Business plan on WordPress.com. You can see this on the WordPress.com pricing page. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  If you are on a plan different from the WordPress.com Business plan, you will need to upgrade to the WordPress.com Business plan to install custom plugins. You can manage your plan here. https://wordpress.com/plans

  Note that all other WordPress.com plans come with a set of built-in plugins tailored for their needs. You can see the list of all built-in plugins here. https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/
