Plugins setting missing

  I wanted to install plugins but can’t find the setting under appearance. Can someone give me a hint how I can get it to show?

  wordpress.com blog do not have FTP access or plugins and we cannot upload themes, plugins, etc. into them.

  If that’s the kind of blog you need then you need to hire a web host and self host a wordpress.org software install. See this entry for the differences between the two > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
