[Plugins] Shortcode is busted

I was using “Fast and Secure Contact form” plugin, which is initiated by shortcode, and that worked until a few days ago. Now when I post the shortcode, it doesn’t create the form, merely places the code in the TEXT.
I am thinking another plugin might be conflicting with this, as I tried a few more plugins w/ shortcode & they don’t work either. How can I tell?

wordpress.com and wordpress.org should have a the same entry site for support forums with 2 big buttons on it. One that says
“I have a wordpress.COM blog”.
The other says:
“I have a wordpress.ORG blog”.
The way the traffic is filtered at the gate.
