Plugins stuck at installing and deleting

    I completed working on my website recently and was trying to optimize it using CDN, I tried using cloudlfare but it made my site considerably slower so I decided to roll back. I successfully removed cloudflare from my site and everything was working great. Jetpack Photon was another plugin that has gathered a lot of attention so I thought of giving it a shot. After the installation, the Jetpack Dashboard and Setting were empty, I tried disabling every other plugin but the dashboard and settings wouldn’t load no matter what I did so I finally gave up and was about to uninstall it but no it wouldn’t uninstall, no matter what I did any plugin would not uninstall, then I tried installing another plugin but now no plugin would install either. On top my wp-admin dashboard too has been acting a little weird now, when hovering over dashboard items the options won’t show up. I checked for console errors and found the following:

    I am currently on PHP Version 7.2

    I have an update. I checked the console errors more discretely and found that major javascripts are getting blocked by the site. I also get the following error:

    The resource at “https://sonumobilestore.com/wp-includes/js/thickbox/thickbox.css?ver=5.4.1” was blocked by Safe Browsing.

    I have such error for at least 40 different files

    I’m afraid that your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
