Plugins tab in the Dashboard

  I can’t find Plugins tab in the Dashboard, how can I get it back on my dashboard as those tutorial videos I watch from youtub?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Stop watching those tutorials. All the info relating to your blog is found at the Support documents or here in the forum.
