Plugins tab not showing in Dashboard

  Hi,

  I want to upload plugins to my WordPress page, however the plugins page in my Dashboard is not showing.
  I read on the internet that the plugins page is right under the appearance page but it is not showing there and I can not seem to find where to upload the plugins.

  What is the solution to this problem?

  Hi!
  There is no plugins in WordPress.com
  They are only available in the self-hosted version of WordPress, wordpres.org
