plugins that can support someone posting their products in online shop?

  My plan would create an online web shop. I want to install a plugin that can allow any user to post products to sell on my website for free but must register first. If the product you want to show on the front page / the top then the user when registration must choose to be displayed on the front page and had to pay, but if it is not displayed on the front page of such posts do not wear cost. There is a reference not to the plugin?
