  I don’t have the option of uploading a theme or importing themes on my wordpress account?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That’s correct. This is WordPress.com and here you don’t have the option of uploading/importing your own theme. You choose from the 368 free and premium themes available here:-

  https://theme.wordpress.com/
