Plugins to monetize my blog?

Hi,
I have the $99 package on wordpress. I have been trying to monetize my blog however I don’t have the plugin option on my dashboard. Some websites (e.g. viglink) say to post a long code thing into my blog after the <body> tag but I don’t know where this is either. Can anyone help?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Adding codes into your dashboard isn’t going to monetize your blog. How, exactly, do you intend to make money?
