Plugins uninstalled automatically and site layout broken

    Hello Team,

I am facing a serious issue with my WordPress website and I need a clear explanation.

I am able to log in to the WordPress dashboard, but suddenly:

    • All plugins got uninstalled / disappeared automatically
    • The complete website layout got broken
    • This is a live, ongoing client website
    • No manual uninstall was done by me
    • No changes were intentionally made before this happened

Because of missing plugins, the site design, functionality, and layout are completely disturbed.

This raises a very serious concern for us as developers and agencies:

    • How can plugins uninstall automatically without user action?
    • Is this related to WordPress core updates, hosting environment, malware cleanup, or auto-updates?
    • How can we trust WordPress for production/live client websites if everything can break suddenly?
    • What preventive steps should be taken to ensure this never happens again?

This situation directly impacts client trust, and such unexpected breakdowns are unacceptable for professional websites.

    I would really appreciate:

    • A clear reason why this happens
    • Best practices to avoid this in the future
    • Recommended backup and protection strategy for live websites

    Looking forward to expert guidance.

    Thank you.

What site are you talkng about as bishnoiji1.wordpress.com has never been launched. Also note we can only help with sites running on the wordpress.com platform, not with selfhosted sites using the open source wordpress.org
