  I was receiving an error message why trying to upload plugings to my site

  Hi there

  For installing a plugin first, you have to upgrade your plan from free to either Premium or Business plan.

  To know about the plans, please refer below link.

  After that, you can install plugins, and for further details, please refer to this document about plugins:

  That last link does say that only the Business plan gives you the ability to upload your own plugins.
