  Can I use plugins with a WordPress Premium account?

  While plugins are common on self hosted WordPress sites, due to security concerns, they are not available on WordPress.com with or without a Premium upgrade. There is more info regarding WordPress.com and plugins here:

  However, we do have several built-in features that were inspired by many popular plugins. You might find what you want by searching for it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/
