Plugin/Theme incompatibility issues
-
I have the latest version of Qode developer theme Elision, WooCommerce and Visual Composer installed but am having multiple issues.
1. Cannot edit backend editor on pages at all. Elements windows do not open and must refresh to close out grayed screen.
2. If you open posts and products links while logged in Social Sharing doesn’t appear, the breadcrumbs which have been made not visible in CSS appear under the menu, and the sidebar set only to the blog page appears after the related products – it is not set to the shop page so should not be appearing here. This doesn’t happen when not logged into site.
3. You can be logged in or out, sometimes the site opens with the menu missing, the header smashed together, and/or the footer and clinks blacked out.
4. Other code, like making edits to the woocommerce product page content priority order in the related .php file is not appearing.
5. Custom margin settings in Visual Composer backend are not appearing on the frontend.
6. Tax and shipping are not working through woocommerce. Flat rate is set up (the shipping settings in woocommerce are missing USPS and FedEX) and NY tax but neither are appearing on the frontent.
7. The “go to cart” button after adding an item on the woocommerce product page is not working
8. Left blog column needs to be wider – cuts off date and sharing
9. Promo codes not working
–– Bold issues are priority as can go live if remedy them
Thanks!
