  my web site address is koreairene.com. I applied remove my site and request full
  refund on Jul. 18th. According your reply, I released NT$2,880.00($134.00USD) and visa card in my site on Jul. 18th. I got the mail which debited the NT$2880.00 on Dec. 6th.
  However, the bill statement did not have any record when I checked this on my Purchases page. plz release full refund and remove my visa card form your site.
  the visa card last 4 number is 2567
  the card type is visa.
  the valid date is 06/23.

  I can see that this purchase, has been refunded and would be refunded to the original payment method.

  This can also be found here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing

  If this is not appearing on the statement, you would need to reach out to the bank as to where they may have landed.
