Podcast and Hipcast

  Hey guys, just need a a littler help.

  I currently have a podcast, in which i want to stream via a player on my wordpress.com page, but I am unsure as to how to go about it. I have an account with Hipcast if that matters. Simply, I want to embed streaming audio in my posts and/or on the sides. I was hoping if anyone of you fine people can give me a hand. Maybe step by step help if anyone would be so kind.
