Podcast artwork Apple

  Hi everyone, I’m trying and trying to get the artwork to be uploaded to Apple Podcaster but it just isn’t working. My image is 1400 x 1400 and about 90 kb, but it’s still not working. And I don’t understand what I need to do… Apple troubleshoot says to embed the image in the RSS feed, unfortunately I have no idea what this means and it seems like I’ve done everything I need and I really want to submit my podcast to Apple and have a working art for my podcast but I don’t know what to do.. Any help deeply appreciated :)

  Is it possible they have a WordPress.com website for the podcast and are submitting it to Apple Podcast from there?
