Podcast in my blog to be downloaded by the readers

  Hi,

  I have already understood and succeeded to upload podcasts in my blog ….here…

  Could somebody provide advise how I can upload the podcast to allow readers of my blog to download my podcast and listen whenever they want from their computers.
