    Hi there – I’m bummed it’s not working how you’re expecting. The first thing we should try is logging into your WordPress.com account through a different web browser, and then trying to create a new page.

    For example, if you are using Internet Explorer or Safari currently, try from Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome next.

    Try that and let us know what you find.

    If it works from another browser, it may mean that your original browser needs to be restarted, and maybe even updated to the latest version (if it is not).
