Podcast with Anchor

I recently set up my WordPress site from my existing Anchor podcast. All of my existing episodes were able to come to the site perfectly. However, I noticed that my new episodes do not sync, but rather only appear when I manually press a button on Anchor.
How am I able to have my site automatically update my podcast episodes, or will I have manually add them by pressing it on Anchor? Also, I did not manually add some of episodes earlier, so how do I add them to the site?

Also, just to gut check – are you trying to show episodes published on Anchor on your site, or the other way round?
