Podcast with more than 50 post, workaround

    Ok, so here is what I know:
    1) wordpress limits syndication to 50 posts;
    2) I can use display and archive shortcodes to create an archive page;
    3) on feedburner I can set the feed limit higher, but that won’t overcome wordpress’ syndication limit;
    4) wordpress will not allow users to add in plug ins on their own.

    So what I need to know is has anyone come up with a way to make it so that podcast episodes can syndicate to an RSS feed (I use feedburner) beyond episode 50? I would like to stay with wordpress for the time, but if my eps are dropping off of itunes, stitcher, etc. I am going to have to move to another hosting site.

    1) 50 at a time. That’s as far back as it can go AT ONE TIME. If someone subscribes to the feed, it will push out all your new updates to them, and if you’re using the feed to push to a site like the itunes store, as long as you have fewer than 50 when you first connect, it will archive them all as it gets them.

    I have not had that experience. I started on itunes with ep 1 and my episodes are dropping off each time I post a new ep.
