Podcasting—what WordPress plan allows it?

Reporting, as I can get no answer to this simple question:
Title says it all, really. Looking to host a podcast on WordPress. Questions I have been unable to find a clear answer to:
1. What plan allows me to host a podcast?That’s it.
Apologies for it being basic. but I have been unable to find the answer to this in any clear way.
