  I can’t find the Podcasting set up from my dashboard – I have gone to Writing but it doesn’t seem to a podcast link there

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,

  Podcasting is only available as part of the WordPress.com Personal, Premium, or Business plan. If your site is on the Free plan, then you cannot find it in writing.

  Also it seems like your website is hosted with self hosted platform of WordPress which is WordPress.org and not WordPress.com.
  Contacting hosting provide on this might help and also you can check the difference here:

  Hi there, as @pearlcityputtur said, it seems like your site is using the standalone WordPress software, so you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where you’ll find lots of podcasting options (NAYY).

  
  @pearlcityputtur it is possible to create podcasts even on free-hosted WordPressdotcom websites. :) As mentioned in the support guide at https://en.support.wordpress.com/audio/podcasting/

  If your site is on the Free plan, you will need to host your audio files elsewhere and embed them into your podcast episodes.
