Point mailserver to 1and1

  I purchased my domain name through 1and1 and have an email account with them. Yesterday I transferred the domain to WordPress as I have just set up a website with you. Now my 1and1 Email is not working. I need WordPress to point my mail server to 1and1. MX records are MX00.1and1.co.uk and MX01.1and1.co.uk Can you let me know how long this will take as I need my email account fairly urgently. Many thanks. Tim
